The Professional Players Championship at the Super Billiards Expo returns from April 9-12 for its 32nd staging, as Dutchman Niels Feijen defends his title at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center.

World number one Fedor Gorst will headline the field for the World Nineball Tour ranking tournament, alongside the likes of US Open champion Aloysius Yapp, Francisco Sanchez Ruiz and 2024 winner Jayson Shaw.

Two-time world champion Albin Ouschan is also amongst the title favourites in Pennsylvania, as are the likes of European Open winner Moritz Neuhausen, Eklent Kaci, David Alcaide, Alex Kazakis and Pijus Labutis.

Other notable entrants include the legendary Ralf Souquet and Darren Appleton, Max Lechner, Mario He, Jonas Souto and Daniel Maciol, as well as Konrad Juszczyszyn, Mieszko Fortunski, Oliver Szolnoki, Denis Grabe, Naoyuki Oi and Brits Elliott Sanderson and Fraser Patrick.

The greatest hopes of an American winner are in the hands of recent ranking event winner Lukas Fracasso-Verner, while Tyler Styer, Billy Thorpe, Thorsten Hohmann and Oscar Dominguez will also be representing on home turf.

Three-time women’s world champion Han Yu will make her WNT ranking event debut, competing alongside fellow female stars in American teenagers Sofia Mast and Savannah Easton.

The tournament will feature more than 160 players and will be single elimination from the last 64 onwards, with matches played over race-to-10 racks throughout, while coverage will be shown via WNT TV for subscribers.
