Fedor Gorst completed a resounding victory over Shane van Boening to become the Derby City Classic nineball division champion for the first time in his career.
Gorst was forced to play throughout the night and roughly 24 hours without sleeping to secure the $16,000 top prize, with the former world champion sinking the winning nine-ball at around 9.30am in Elizabeth, Indiana.
