The 2025 EPBF European 10-Ball Championships take place from March 31 through to April 2 as the Kalevi Hall in Tallinn, Estonia hosts the regional events for the first time in their history.
Pia Filler will be defending her title in the women’s event, having beaten Mayte Ropero in the 2024 final, while last year’s men’s champion Oliver Szolnoki is not involved this time around.
Two-time champion Mieszko Fortunski of Poland is amongst the 117 entries for the men’s competition, with Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Sanjin Pehlivanovic and Poland’s Mateusz Sniegocki the other former winners involved.
Other notable entrants in the men’s division include former world 10-ball champion Wojciech Szewczyk, Albin Ouschan, Mario He, Daniel Maciol and Konrad Juszczyszyn, while Las Vegas Open winner Denis Grabe competes in his hometown.
Amongst the stand-out names in the women’s competition are five-time champion Jasmin Ouschan, Bulgaria’s Kristina Zlateva, Poland’s Oliwia Zalewska, Germany’s Ina Kaplan and Slovenia’s Ana Gradisnik.
The men’s and women’s competitions will be race-to-eight and race-to-six racks throughout the duration respectively, while the single elimination phases will involve 64 men and 32 women respectively.
Coverage will be broadcast via the Pro Billiard TV channel on YouTube, with the men’s and women’s semi-finals and final taking place on Wednesday, April 2 in Estonia.
There’s no prize money on offer as players are competing for the respective gold, silver and bronze European Championship medals and are often backed by their national federations to attend.
