Who will play in next month’s World Mixed Doubles Championship in Puerto Rico?

The Predator Pro Billiard Series have revealed the teams that will compete in the second staging of their World Mixed Doubles Championship next month at the Puerto Rico Billiard Expo.

Following the success of their inaugural edition in March in Las Vegas, the biggest names from the men’s and women’s game will partner up again from November 10-12 in the 10-ball single elimination invitational.

Chang Jung-Lin and Chou Chieh-Yu will headline the 16-team field as the defending champions, while reigning world 10-ball champion Carlo Biado and women’s world 9-ball champion Rubilen Amit pair up in a formidable Filipino duo.

Two of pool’s power couples in Joshua and Pia Filler and Fedor Gorst and Kristina Tkach will also compete, as will UK Open champion Robbie Capito alongside his girlfriend Seo Seoa.

In addition, Austrian siblings Albin and Jasmin Ouschan will partner up in Puerto Rico, alongside the likes of Wu Kun-Lin and Han Yu, Vitaliy Patsura and Wei Tzu-Chien and Alex Kazakis and Kelly Fisher, the latter of who were runners-up in March.

Vietnam will also be represented by Pham Phuong Nam and Duong Yen Vi, while girls world champion Sofia Mast partners Puerto Rico legend Alan Rolon Rosado.

Poland’s Wiktor Zielinski and Canada’s Brittany Bryant, Greece’s Dimitiris Loukatos and Spain’s Mayte Ropero, Finland’s Mika Immonen and Filipina Chezka Centeno, and Estonia’s Denis Grabe and Poland’s Oliwia Zalewska complete the field.

Margarita Fefilova and Tyler Styer are amongst the pairs who competed in the first edition but will not return for the second staging.

The unique scotch doubles tournament will be held across three days and coverage will be broadcast on the Pro Billiard TV channel on YouTube.
