The 2024 Premier League Pool line-up has been confirmed in full, with the eight of the world’s elite as well as eight wildcard selections set to compete in Connecticut from March 18-25.
Current world number one and defending Premier League champion Francisco Sanchez Ruiz and US Open winner Ko Ping-Chung headline the world’s top eight who were guaranteed invitations.
World Pool Masters winner Ko Pin-Yi, Skyler Woodward and Wiktor Zielinski were named amongst the eight wildcard selections, while Niels Feijen also received a call-up to the invitational event.
China’s Dang Jinhu will make his first appearance on the World Nineball Tour since winning June’s inaugural Spanish Open, while Vietnam’s Nguyen Anh Tuan, Michael Feliciano and teenage sensation Bernie Regalario complete the field.
All 16 players will face one another during the initial five days of the event prior to the bottom six in the league standings being eliminated, before the remaining ten players face off to decide a further four players who will be eliminated.
The remaining six players will play one another for a third time to determine who qualifies for the play-offs, with all matches being contested over a race-to-five racks and alternate break format throughout.
