This year’s Predator Women’s Pro Billiard Series reaches its conclusion this week as the 2023 staging of the Women’s Puerto Rico Open takes place at the stunning Puerto Rico Convention Center in San Juan.
Taiwanese star Wei Tzu-Chien will act as the defending champion after snapping off the prestigious title twelve months ago, while Brits Kelly Fisher and Allison Fisher headline the illustrious field.
Newly-crowned women’s world 10-ball champion Chezka Centeno will compete in her first tournament since winning the biggest accolade of her young career.
In addition, top seed Chou Chieh-Yu is involved alongside the likes of Las Vegas Open champion Seo Seoa, Kristina Tkach, Pia Filler, Silviana Lu and Oliwia Zalewska.
Predator’s Pro Billiard Series is known for its unique format as three sets of race-to-four are contested. Should the third set be level at 3-3, a shootout on the ten ball will be used to determine the winner.
Free coverage will be broadcast throughout the duration of the tournament via the Billiard TV website and World Billiard TV on YouTube, with the semi-finals and final held on Saturday evening local time.
