The Predator Women’s Pro Billiard Series returns this week following a four-month break as the 2023 Women’s Michigan Open takes place from September 20-23 at the Kellogg Arena in Battle Creek.
Following on from Seo Seoa’s and Chou Chieh-Yu’s titles at the Las Vegas Open and Wisconsin Open respectively, another prestigious 10-ball accolade will be up for grabs for the top female players.
Headlined by reigning women’s world 10-ball champion Chou, the star-studded field also includes Seoa, defending champion Kelly Fisher, Allison Fisher, Pia Filler, Jasmin Ouschan and Kristina Tkach.
The $60,000 tournament will feature 48 players and is double elimination during the early stages, with 16 players advancing to the redrawn single elimination phase.
Predator’s Pro Series is known for its unique format as three sets of race-to-four are contested. Should the third set be level at 3-3, a shootout on the ten ball will be used to determine the winner.
Free coverage will be broadcast throughout the duration of the tournament via the Billiard TV website and World Billiard TV on YouTube, with the semi-finals and final held on Saturday evening local time.
