The Sharks International 9-Ball Open takes place from June 24-29 at the Great White Arena in Quezon City as the World Nineball Tour visits the Philippines for the first time.
Reigning World Pool Masters champion Ko Pin-Yi and former world champions Fedor Gorst and Carlo Biado headline the 128-player field, with the eventual champion receiving a lucrative £30,000 cheque.
Newly-crowned World Cup of Pool champions James Aranas and Johann Chua return to their homeland for the event, while Aloysius Yapp, Ko Ping-Chung, Naoyuki Oi and Lo Ho Sum are also involved.
The Sharks Open will be double elimination until the final 64 and the format will gradually increase from race-to-seven racks to race-to-seventeen, with winner breaks and the break box rules in force.
Coverage will be broadcast live via the Sharks website as well as the Matchroom Pool YouTube channel.
