The 2024 Euro Tour heads to Austria from May 23-25 for the annual St Johann im Pongau Open, the second tournament on the continental circuit this season.

Daniel Maciol overcame German teenager Felix Vogel to win the opening event of the year in Slovenia, and the Euro Tour number one headlines the 243-player field alongside the likes of Joshua Filler and Mario He.

Poland’s Mieszko Fortunski, a winner on the Euro Tour last year, will also compete following his run to the recent UK Open Championship final, while other notable entrants include Oliver Szolnoki, Marc Bijsterbosch, Mohammad Soufi and the legendary Ralf Souquet.

In addition, recent UK Open quarter-finalist Tobias Bongers will be involved, as well as teenage prospects including Poland’s Szymon Kural, Estonia’s Karl Gnadeberg, Sweden’s Walter Laikre and Slovenia’s Maks Benko.

The €45,000 tournament will be race-to-nine racks throughout the duration, beginning with double elimination until the last 32, with the semi-finals and final being broadcast on Monday evening.

Full coverage of every table will be broadcast free of charge via the Kozoom website and YouTube channel, while selected matches with commentary will be shown on the EPBF YouTube channel.

The Women’s St Johann im Pongau Open takes place simultaneously in Austria, with Pia Filler, Oliwia Zalewska, Veronika Ivanovskaia and Barbara Sarac amongst the notable entrants.
